Homemade Veg Spring Roll Recipe

Ingredients:

For the Filling:

  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped bell peppers (red, green, or yellow)
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped beans or green peas (optional)
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1-2 green chilies, finely chopped (optional)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil for sautéing
  • Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
