Ingredients
- 1 ripe mango (peeled and chopped)
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk (or water, for a lighter version)
- 2-3 tbsp sugar or honey (adjust to taste)

Peel the mango, remove the seed, and cut the flesh into small chunks. -
Blend:
In a blender, add the mango chunks, yogurt, milk (or water), sugar (or honey), and cardamom. Blend until smooth and creamy. -
Adjust Consistency:
If you prefer a thinner consistency, add more milk or water and blend again. -
Chill and Serve:
For a chilled drink, add a few ice cubes to the blender or serve over ice in glasses. -

Optionally, garnish with a sprinkle of ground cardamom or a few small mango pieces for extra flair.
