  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp dried fenugreek leaves (Kasuri methi), crushed

  • 200g paneer (cubed), cooked chicken, or roasted vegetables

Instructions

  1. Sauté the Base:
Heat butter and oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

  2. Prepare the Masala:
Add minced garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Cook for a minute until fragrant. Stir in the spices (coriander powder, turmeric, red chili powder, and garam masala). Cook for another minute.
